Jurisdiction of Law

You agree that any claim or dispute against us arising out of or relating to the website and its services must be resolved by a federal district court located in California, unless agreed upon by all parties.
In the event of any provision of these Terms being held unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected, and the provision that comes closest in intent to the unenforceable provision will take its place.
